The Optifast Chocolate bar is a food for a low-calorie diet. The product is suitable as a daily ration or as a substitute for individual meals and can be used if you wish to lose weight. The product is therefore suitable for people with slight to severe overweight.

Concept of Optifast

• To reduce the weight there are 3 different phases where depending on the phase certain meals are replaced
• In order to provide variety when replacing meals, Optifast has several different products that can be used
• In addition to changing the diet, at least 20-30 minutes of exercise daily and drinking 2 liters of a calorie-free or poor drink is recommended.

Application

Replace 1-2 main meals with a bartack. (Depending on the phase.) 1-2 glasses of water should be drunk with each bar. Recommended for adults only.

Milk protein (whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate), humectants (sorbitol, glycerine), whole milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour), fibre (polydextrose), minerals (potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium phosphate, calcium phosphate, copper sulphate, iron pyrophosphate, potassium iodate, sodium selenate, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate), low-fat cocoa powder, vegetable oils (rape, thistle), fructose syrup, soy protein isolate, flavouring, glucose syrup, vitamins (C, E, niacin, A, pantothenic acid, biotin, B12, folic acid, D, B6, riboflavin, K, thiamine); Emulsifier (soya lecithin). May contain nuts, peanuts and gluten.
